QUICK TIPS FROM A MOM ON-THE-GO

1. WATER

One or two glasses of water before I leave the house.  Good for skin and wellbeing overall, often a two minute pause to reflect on day ahead of what I might be forgetting.

2. SWEAT

Two sweat sessions a week if possible to release toxins and endorphins. I always feel like I can do anything after that.

3. BE PRESENT

When with the kids or at work, be 100% present. Anything less is frustrating for all involved. Even 5 minutes of me time is worth it.
