1. KINETIC BALANCE
Take care of yourself (life, body, all of the above) equally to anything else you take care of. Self love/care and family love/care are equally important. This may fall into the 'find balance' category but I don't believe in steady balance.....I believe in a kinetic type of balance. Just make dentist appointments for yourself as frequently as the kids, okay?
Remember that laughing cures almost anything - a very simple solution to many a problem and duh, there is never not a reason to laugh.
3. INFUSE BEAUTY
Find the thing that makes you feel the most beautiful or confident and infuse it into every damn day you can. This can be simple: a scent, getting your workout in, wearing that perfect outfit, steaming your face, lighting candles in bed with your partner.... Shit ladies we only have one life and rituals are a thing for a reason!
