With a world in chaos, it's easy to feel despair, hopelessness and anxiety. We know we feel better when we're surrounded by love and the healing power of the collective. This month, our pom pom social meet up takes the form of a Guided Meditation, where we will come together in unity.
Co-hosted by our friends at Yoga Union, the magic mama (and yogi) Kate Smith will lead us through some light movement to get our bodies warm, minds centered, and hearts open. We will then move into a guided meditation focused on the notion of being present and the HERE and NOW (because there is no other place to be!).

Being a mom is hard work. Like, really hard work. This month, we put the focus on YOU and the importance of SELF-CARE. We will hear from two female power houses and mamas, Jenelle Isaacson, CEO/Owner of Living Room Realty, and Jessi Duley, lady boss/founder of Burncycle, on their individual perspectives on the topic and how we can all get better at taking care of No. 1.
